Check that a battery (30) is available and charged.
NOTE
The Boresight Collimator uses the same type
batteries supplied with Night Sight.
Check safety relief valve (31) and filler valve (32) for cleanliness,

tightness of nuts, and general condition.
Check visible light windows (33) and IR window (34) for cleanliness,

moisture, cracks, or breaks.
Insure Boresight Collimator (28) has been alined within 180 days (refer

to TM 9-5855-286-14).
