Q. Check that circuit breaker CB1 (23) works smoothly and is set to OFF
position.

Check that input cable 2W1 (24) and output cable 2W2 (25) are neither cut
nor frayed. Check for dirt, corrosion, or bent and broken pins.
s.
Check that all protective caps (26) are connected to the vehicle power
conditioner (22). Check that all protective caps (27) are connected to
the power cables (24) and (25).
