SCOPE
This section provides a functional description of the Night Sight.

The Night Sight receives heat emissions (infrared energy) from a target area,
converts the infrared (IR) energy to electrical signals (video) and then to visible
light, and displays the visible light as a real-time scene for viewing by an
observer.
