determine the number of squares
required to adjust the center of your
shot group over the "designated strike
point." The required corrections can
be made by turning the elevation and
azimuth adjusters in the required
direction at a rate of two clicks for
each square on the target.
Repeat the firing-in procedure until
the center of your shot group and the
"designated strike point" can be
covered by the lens end of a standard
flashlight at the same time.
Your aiming light is now zeroed with
your M16 rifle and is effective for
targets out to 100 meters.
