Procedure for Attaching the Mountinq
Bracket and Aiming Liqht to the M72
Rocket Launcher
Place the mounting bracket assembly on
top of the rocket launcher so that the
square cutout in the top of the
bracket is around the extension
release button.
Swing the lower adapter section up and
under the rocket launcher. Secure it
by turning the locking latch clockwise
to fully engage the latch shoulder
screw.
Place the aiming light in groove on
the bracket so that the threaded screw
hole in the foot of the aiming light
is aligned with the lever screw assem-
bly. Tighten the lever screw assembly
firmly.
